ILOGS attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. When processing, we adhere to the current provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the currently applicable version. Below you will find an explanation of how we process your personal data when you use our website, web shop, web application, smartphone applications and services or when you contact our support.

What data is collected from you and how

Depending on the purpose and manner in which you contact us or which products you use, you may pass on data to us which we process.

Below you will find an overview of which data you can pass on to us and through which channels.

Through which channels is data collected?

You can contact us in various ways. Data from you is collected in order to be able to provide our services. This includes our website, web shop, web application, smartphone applications (Mona app) and services as well as your contact with our support.

Data that you pass on to us

When using our tools and services, you may provide us with the following personal information:

  • Master data such as first name, last name, user name, profile picture, salutation
  • Contact details such as billing address, delivery address, home address, email, telephone
  • Login data such as username and password to our systems
  • Communication data of texts and images that are sent and received via our chat functions

Data that we automatically collect from you

In addition to the data you provide to us, the following data is collected:

  • Technical data such as MAC and IP address, browser type, operating system, type of device with which you access our websites and applications
  • Usage data from functions that you use on our websites and applications
  • Contents of conversations with our support department can be written down in tickets for follow-up.

Data from third parties

If you pass on data from third parties to us, such as data from end customers and contacts, you must ensure that you have the consent of the data subjects to enter their data in our systems.

How do we protect your data

Place of data processing

Your data will be processed for customers in Switzerland, Switzerland, otherwise within the EU and the European Economic Area. Currently these are data centers in Switzerland and Austria that are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
The data transfer from the watch to the data center is always encrypted.

Technical and organizational measures (TOMs)

The TOMs are implemented by ILOGS in accordance with the DSG or the GDPR. They are continuously evaluated for feasibility and state of the art and, if necessary, improved and brought to a higher level of safety and protection.

For what purposes is your data processed?

The data collected from you will be processed for the following specific purposes. Different purposes can also apply at the same time.

  • Provision of the product and services
  • Calculation of our services
  • Communicate with you regarding your requests
  • Improving our product and services
  • Marketing: it may happen that we inform you about new products by email.

Transfer to third parties

In order to be able to provide our services, we use the help of third-party systems and third-party providers in several areas, some of which process your personal data for us. Below you will find the list of third-party providers and systems used.

  • Microsoft 365 to process your inquiries via email
  • Atlassian Jira to process your inquiries to us (also by telephone and email)
  • Google Analytics to analyze the activities on our website  

How long your data will be processed

We will retain the personal information we collect from you for as long as there is a reasonable business and/or legal need to do so and/or as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, legal, accounting or other purposes).

If there is no justified business need to process your personal data and this data is no longer needed to provide our service, we will irrevocably delete it after 90 days at the latest.

Cookies

The website or the software installed on the server uses cookies. Cookies are text files that contain information and enable you to use extended functionalities. (e.g. spam protection check in the contact form - if activated.) Cookies only store the necessary information and cannot cause any damage to your computer. You can define the storage period for your cookies in your browser profile and delete cookies on your computer at any time. Cookies are technically necessary to ensure the full functionality of this website at all times.

Your privacy rights

You as an end user also have these rights if you have a contractual relationship with an ILOGS sales partner.

Those affected must be informed about the details of data processing and their rights (who/what/when/where/how/why).

Right of providing information
It must be possible to find out which data of the person concerned is stored or processed separately from the data of other people.

Right to rectification

To avoid incorrect evaluations.

Right to deletion (“right to be forgotten”)

In the absence of necessity, consent and legality. Personal data must also be deleted after expiry (e.g. after termination of a business relationship).

Right to restriction of processing

For the duration of examinations or the protection of legal claims. It must be possible to exclude data from processing without deleting it.
