How does mobile data collection work?

If the device is not connected, the data will be automatically transferred at the next opportunity (offline mode). No annoying synchronization or waiting - everything is available automatically.

Do I see where my employees are scheduled and on the move?

admin2024-07-02T10:04:50+02:00Yes, mona offers a convenient calendar and planning view. You can see all the planned activities and your employees at an overview and can answer enquiries promptly and plan efficiently. 

How are new orders recorded and planned?

admin2024-07-02T10:07:16+02:00New orders are simply created in the intuitive web view. Each order has standard information available, such as time and customer information. You can define all other entries yourself. You can use existing templates  or adapt these to your own preferences.  

Where can I see the completed orders?

admin2024-07-02T10:07:45+02:00The status of your orders is visible at all times. Thanks to intuitive filter and sorting options, you can always see the orders that match your desired requirements. You can export these and also insert them into bills.
